We are the organizer of Slovak keelboat sailing regatta and the website http://sailingchallenge.sk/ is a place for public and participants to get information about the regatta, its races, organizing team and registered crews.

What personal data do we collect and for what reasons?
For the regatta organization purposes and organizational support of the participants (crews and skippers), we collect the data entered in the registration form. The organizer needs this personal data in order to be able to contact those interested in participating in the regatta, to be able to communicate with registered regatta participants, and in the future to provide those who are interested with information about the continuation of the regatta or its follow-up.

When entering our login form, we will set temporary cookies to verify whether your browser accepts cookies. This cookie file does not contain any personal data.

You request to send you a list of the data type we collect and store about regatta applicants and regatta registrants who have filled out an application form on this website.

You can request a change, cancellation of sending information about the follow-up of the regatta or events connected with it.

You can also request deleting any of your personal data we hold. This option does not include data that we are required to retain for administrative, legal or security reasons.

Where do we send your data?
We collect your data in a secure storage space granting access only to the regatta organizer and the authorized admin team. For the needs of communication with interested parties and registered crews/skippers we collect the data into an excel file.
